Save the date! Afternoon of Sunday, Sept 29.
Meet at the Wabash Trace Nature Trail parking lot, located at 4102 Harry Langdon Blvd, Council Bluffs, IA 51503. There is a pavilion and porta-potty on site. There is also a Shell gas station near by to top off on fuel or for a full restroom, or Tastee Treat if you want to grab food or other treats before hand.
The cruise will leave PROMPTLY AT 1:00 PM! Please plan to arrive no later than 12:45 pm so that you're there in time for the drivers meeting.
We will cruise south through the Loess Hills, through Glenwood, IA and Tabor, IA to Mincer Orchard near Waubonsie State Park. We will make one stop and then return to Glenwood, IA where our official destination will be Glenwood Lake Park/Mills County Historical Museum.
The first leg will be about 1 hour of driving, then stop, then about 45 min of driving to our destination.
